Joe believes in the importance of outdoor recreation for Worcester County.

He is an Eagle Scout and Committee Chair for Scouting America Troop #261 where he has helped countless young people experience camping, hiking, and fishing while building confidence, patriotism, and leadership skills.

Joe is an active member of our community!

As member of the Bearded Men Society of Ocean City, he actively participates in events that support Making Strides Against Breast Cancer through fundraising and service. Bearded Men Society also supports Diakonia.
